Instructions to configure SXU Exchange email on to an iPhone/iPad.

Set up your Saint Xavier University Exchange Email with Office 365 on your Apple iOS Device

1.  On your iOS Device, navigate to Settings > Passwords & Accounts > Add Account.

2.  Select the Exchange option.

2.  Enter in the your information as shown below, replacing netID with your netID. Once entered, tap Next in the top right corner to continue.

3.  Your iOS device should now recognize the sxu.edu​​​​​​​ connection. Tap the Sign In option to continue.

4.  You should now be presented with the the Login Page for SXU. Enter in your password for your SXU account. Tap the Sign in button to continue.

5.  If you have entered in your credentials correctly, you should now be presented with the following screen. Tap the Continue button to continue.

6.  Next, you will get the option to choose what you would like to sync from your SXU account (Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Reminders, Notes). Tap Save to finish and now you should see your configured Exchange account under the Mail app from your Home Screen.

 

*NOTE It is possible to edit your Exchange settings. Navigate to Settings > Passwords & Accounts select your Exchange account under ACCOUNTS. You can also go here to set up automatic out-of-office replies and change how often you want Mail to sync (the default is 1 month).
