Approved software installation assistance on University owned equipment. Generally, IT will complete software installation requests within 30 days.
Depending on the nature of your request, we may need to schedule an appointment to assist you directly. Please suggest the best day and time. We will make every effort to abide your initial request, but we will confirm ahead to ensure the best service.
