The Hub service center and phone service hours will be modified during holiday and break periods. Visit the SXU Calendar for dates the University is closed.

During the break periods (such as winter, spring, etc.), The Hub phone and Service Desk will be open Monday - Friday, 8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m., Saturdays and Sundays will be closed.

Manual password resets must be done by a full time staff member.  We will ensure a full time staff member is available during these hours for manual resets M-F 9-10 a.m. (central) and 4-5 p.m. (central), and outside those hours we will page a team member to assist.  If unavailable we will take information and call back as soon as possible.  To avoid needing human intervention we strongly encourage registration on mypassword.sxu.edu.  Effective December 15, 2019, passwords will not be reset over the phone.
