Open Internet Explorer.
Locate and click the Tools Icon at the top right corner of the screen.
Locate and click internet option. Located second from the bottom
Hit the “Advanced” tab. (last one on the right)
Locate and click Reset all the way at the bottom.
Check Delete Personal settings
Then Hit Apply and Ok
Once completed restart your machine.
Upon restart open internet explorer again.
Locate and click the privacy tab
Locate and click settings next to Pop-up blocker
Type in my.sxu.edu and hit add.
Click close.
