Enable/Disable the Focused Inbox feature within Microsoft OWA (Exchange)

Audience: Faculty & Staff

To enable/disable the Focused Inbox email management feature:

1. Go to mySXU.

2. Go to your email in the upper left and click the Office 365 link.

3. Click Settings and then View all Outlook settings then Layout.

4. Under Focused Inbox:

• If you want to turn Focused Inbox on, select Sort messages into Focused and Other.
• If you want to turn Focused Inbox off, select Don't sort my messages.
