Enable/Disable the Clutter feature within Microsoft OWA (Exchange)

Audience: Faculty & Staff

To enable/disable the Clutter email management feature:

1. Go to mySXU.

2. Go to your email in the upper left and click the Office 365 link.

3. Click Mail and select Clutter.

4. Under When email is received:

  • If you want to turn Clutter on, select Separate items identified as clutter.
  • If you want to turn Clutter off, select Don't separate items identified as clutter.

NOTE You can also get to the screen to turn Clutter off by clicking the link in the sentence at the end of a notification message from Clutter, "If you would like Clutter to stop moving messages out of your inbox, you can go to Options turn it off.
