Web Printing

Our Web Printing service allows students, faculty and staff to print most common documents to select printers on campus.

Print from the Web Now

Benefits of Web Printing

  • Print immediately without finding, installing and correctly configuring print drivers.
  • Print from any location on- or off-campus.
  • The service is compatible with wireless networks.
  • Commonly used file formats are supported.

How It Works

Through your web browser, the service will guide you through Web printing. Follow the instructions for the simple process below:
  1. Identify yourself with your NetID account information.
  2. Choose a web-enabled printer. If the printer is attached to a print management station, you will need to identify and release your document at the station.
  3. Set print options.
  4. Pick a document to print.
  5. The server will process your request, send the print data to the selected printer, and then delete your document.
  6.  A status window will keep you updated on your request. ** It will prompt for additional information if necessary.  You should leave this status window open until your request is complete.

Printing from Wireless Devices

The Web printing service does not directly support printing from wireless devices. The Web Service is compatible with mobile printing apps from PrinterOn Corporation. More information about features and pricing are available from PrinterOn.

Print Services are available through Copy Cats located at the Driehaus Center, 3915 W. 103rd St. Large print orders can be transferred to Copy Cats through Copy Cats print request form.

If your Paw Prints output is significantly smudged, faded, streaked, spotty or creased, you can request a refund.  Complete this refund form and submit to hub.sxu.edu.
