Explanation and Resolution to the Colleague Unisession Exception Error
Error Message / Colleague:
Login Failed
Unisession Exception-39207: Error [39207] occurred on server. Possible client-side licensing failure.
Explanation
User cannot log into Colleague because they do not have colleagueusers group in AD, nor SOD record in Colleague.
Credentials need to be requested by manager/Dean and sent to Bill Rogers for creation.
NOTE The Unisession client side licensing failure is due to not having proper AD access to Colleague.
