Upon selecting a team, you must then select a channel to work within. Channels are dedicated sections within a team to keep conversations and content organized by specific topics, projects, disciplines---whatever works for your team. Channels can be open to all team members (standard channels) or selected team members (private channels). The "General" channel is the default channel of every team and is open to all owners/members of the Team. By default, both owners and members of a team can create new channels within a Team. Note: Team owner(s) have the authority to turn off the ability for members to create channels within the Team, if desired.
Once a channel is selected, on top you can see chats (posts), and Files for collaboration. Use file management as you always would, but clicking file folders, opening documents, etc. Notice you can upload and download documents too.
