Event Media Policies

Audience: 

Students, Faculty & Staff

Reservations can be placed through myMedia (Technology Requests). Reservations may also be made by phone/walk-in: Please have the following information ready: 

  • Name under which the reservation should be placed
  • Actual start time
  • Time which the equipment should be set up (must have a minimum 1-hour set up time)
  • Title of event
  • Actual end time of event
  • Room number/location

If you are unsure of the exact needs for an event, schedule a planning meeting with the Client Services Manager or a full time Hub staff member. 
Floor plans help our staff know exactly how you would like the room to look. 

Please Note: 

Client Services has a limited weekend staff. If an event requires a media technical assistant be present, please notify Client Services staff no fewer than 2 weeks in advance. Last-minute requests for technical assistance/weekend staffing may not be fulfilled.
