Cougar Card: add funds

Service Description:

Your student, faculty or staff ID card is known as a Cougar Card. The Cougar Card provides basic identification, regulates campus building access and can be used to add funds, allowing you to swipe for certain University services, including: dining, vending, laundry and much more.

Click Request Service to link to eAccounts, where you can add money to your Cougar Card account, check your Cougar Card balance, or report a lost/stolen card.

The process for adding funds is straight forward. See below:

eAccounts app:

Download the app in App Store or Google Play. Look for Transact eAccounts.

  1. Once logged in, select “Add Money” at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Select the deposit account and tap “Next". 
  3. Enter the deposit amount and tap “Next”.
  4. Select Payment Method and complete payment.

  1. Once logged in, select “Add Money” at the top right of the screen.
  2. Select the deposit account. 
  3. Enter the deposit amount and click “Proceed to Pay”.
  4. Select Payment Method and complete payment.

  1. Enter the ID number and last name of the person receiving funds. 
  2. Select the Deposit Account.
  3. Enter Deposit Amount.
  4. Enter email address for the receipt to be sent.
  5. Click “Proceed to Pay"
  6. Select Payment Method and complete payment.
