We will assist with educational software (software used for learning in the face-to-face or online classroom). Please be sure to indicate the specific software you need help with and your course number, section, year and semester in your request. We do not support the installation of educational technologies.
Some examples of educational software are: Google applications, Quick Time, Jing, Prezi, Respondus, etc.
