Production Services is capable of providing single or multi-camera recording, live streaming, and or photography for live events on campus. Please keep in mind that the production process can be complex and time consuming. Considering this, all project requests will be reviewed and are not guaranteed. Requests will be serviced in the order that they are received. Production Services reserves the right to reject a request or change the completion date due to project requirements. See below for request guidelines.
Live Event Recording/Streaming/Photography
- All live event requests are required to be made at least two weeks in advance of event date.
- All live event requests that require live streaming are required to be made at least four weeks in advance of the event date.
- Requestor is responsible for reserving the location in advance for production setup, and one hour after to allow Production Services to break down the equipment.
- 1 hour for photography
- 2 hours for video recording
- 3 hours for video recording with live streaming
- Requestor is responsible for providing all necessary audio/visuals needed for inclusion in the project at least 48 hours prior to the event setup time.
- Requestor is responsible for obtaining signed video, photo, and or audio release forms from the recorded participants prior to the event.
- Cancelations must be received at least four business days in advance.
- Failure to comply may result in a loss of service.
