Service Description:
Your student, faculty or staff ID card is known as a Cougar Card. The Cougar Card provides basic identification, regulates campus building access and can be used to add funds, allowing you to swipe for certain University services, including: dining and printing. Please submit your photo by following the instructions listed in the PDF document under Attachments to the right, called “Cougar Card ID Photo Requirements.pdf.”
When ready and picture taken, click on “Request Assistance” to submit your information and attach your photo.
Request Assistance will take you to a login page, use your netID and password to login. You will be able to:
• Request a new ID or replacement ID
• Report various ID Issues
