Service Description:
Your student, faculty or staff ID card is known as a Cougar Card. The Cougar Card provides basic identification, regulates campus building access and can be used to add funds, allowing you to swipe for certain University services, including: dining and printing. Please submit your photo by following the RemotePhoto link and request your Cougar Card (ID) by clicking "Request Assistance" on this page.
- Submit or take a photo by visiting SXU's RemotePhoto site.
- Click “Request Assistance” to submit your information and request your Cougar Card(ID).
RemotePhoto and Request Assistance will take you to a login page, use your netID (Username) and password to login. You will be able to:
• Request a new ID or replacement ID
• Report various ID Issues
